How can you work with me ?
I offer virtual counselling, which allows me to support people from all over the world, regardless of location. Since I live in Canada, I understand the importance of flexibility and accessibility, especially for those with busy schedules or living abroad.
Virtual counselling offers the convenience of working from home, ensuring full confidentiality and privacy, just like traditional in-person sessions. Sessions are conducted through popular platforms such as WhatsApp, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams. If you prefer another platform, feel free to let me know – I’m happy to accommodate your preferences.
Wherever you are in the world, I'm here to support you. Virtual sessions offer the flexibility and comfort that many of us need – especially if you’re juggling a full schedule or living far from home.
Free 15-Minute Online Consultation
If you’re wondering whether counselling or therapy is right for you, or if you have questions about how the process works, I invite you to schedule a free 15-minute consultation. This is a chance for us to talk about what’s been on your mind, for you to learn more about my approach, and to see if you feel comfortable with the idea of working together. We’ll discuss how I can support you and whether this form of counselling feels like a good fit for your needs. Please note that this time is not intended for in-depth therapeutic work or addressing personal issues, but rather for an initial conversation and connection.
Individual Counselling virtual
Individual Counselling offers a safe and supportive space where you can explore your emotions, thoughts, relationships, and life challenges. It’s a conversation grounded in trust and mindfulness – free of judgment. Together, we look for insight into what’s holding you back, what’s causing pain, and what might help you live more in alignment with your true self.
People come to individual therapy for many reasons – including depression, anxiety, mood disorders, burnout, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, or addiction. But also simply to get to know themselves better, grow their potential, and learn to honour their boundaries.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and typically takes place once a week. The first three sessions are consultative – they’re a chance for us to get to know each other, understand your needs, and set clear goals for our work together. The length of therapy depends on your personal situation – it can range from a few months to a longer, multi-year process.
This is your space – at your pace, with care and attention to what truly matters.
Family Counselling virtual
Family Counselling provides a shared space for family members who want to better understand one another, navigate tension or conflict, or adapt to challenging changes in family life. It can be helpful in times of ongoing disagreements, communication breakdowns, developmental transitions (such as adolescence or the arrival of a new baby), or when one family member’s difficulties are affecting the whole system.
These sessions offer an opportunity to better understand each other's needs, emotions, and communication styles. In a safe, supportive atmosphere, we practise listening, expressing boundaries, and rebuilding connection and closeness.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and usually takes place once a week. The length of the process depends on your unique situation – it may involve short-term support or a longer-term journey.
Family counselling isn’t about finding someone to blame – it’s about working together to understand what’s not working, and exploring new ways of being together with more safety, trust, and mutual respect.

Couples Counselling virtual
Couples Counselling offers a shared space to talk about what’s challenging in your relationship—whether it’s ongoing conflict, miscommunication, emotional distance, or feeling stuck. With the support of a therapist, you can begin to better understand each other’s needs, learn how to truly listen, and discover new ways of building connection and closeness.
Each session lasts 50 minutes and typically takes place once a week. The process usually spans between 6 and 12 months, depending on what you’d like to work on and the changes you’re hoping to make together.
Counselling can be a helpful step when conversations end in frustration rather than understanding, or when everyday life starts to feel more like pressure than support. This work can help rebuild trust, improve communication, and create a relationship where both partners feel seen, heard, and valued.
Virtual Psychological Consultation
Psychological Consultation is a one-time or short-term meeting designed to help you explore a specific challenge, life situation, or area of uncertainty. It’s a space to sort through your thoughts, reflect on what’s happening right now, and consider possible next steps—without the need to commit to a longer therapeutic process.
Consultations can be helpful in moments of emotional crisis, relationship difficulties, parenting concerns, or when you’re simply looking for support and a kind, objective perspective. It can also be a way to explore whether therapy might be right for you.
Each session lasts 50 minutes. If it turns out that you’d benefit from continued support, we’ll work together to determine which approach or format feels most aligned with your needs.
