Is Therapy and Personal Growth
Right for You?

Going through the healing process requires great sensitivity and mindfulness — both from the person working with the client and the client themselves. Every experience that brings pain can, in the long run, teach us something valuable, strengthen us, and bring us closer to ourselves. With the right care — both internal and external — we have the chance to become more authentic and feel fully ourselves. My goal in working with clients is to support them in the process of taking care of themselves, so they can navigate difficult times with greater safety and trust.

Those who have experienced trauma

Trauma doesn't always come with a loud bang. It’s not only about dramatic events like wars or disasters. It can also arise from everyday, recurring experiences — neglect, the loss of loved ones, lack of affection, emotional or physical abuse. Its effects can vary: anxiety, depression, addiction, body pain, insomnia, tensions in relationships. Sometimes, we can't link them to a specific event, but beneath many of these difficulties lies an unhealed wound.

I work with individuals who want to mindfully and at their own pace reflect on their history. I help create a safe space for healing — based on acceptance, gentleness, and empathetic presence. The goal is not 'forgetting,' but reclaiming oneself: a sense of control, peace, and inner strength.

Those seeking personal growth

I work with those who want to get to know themselves better, develop their skills, and improve the quality of their lives. I help them discover their inner strength – it's not always about coming to terms with the past. Sometimes, it's about strengthening themselves, their abilities in relationships with others, improving communication, and setting healthy boundaries.

I support building a good connection both with one's own body and inner world. In working with me, you’ll learn to embrace your emotions without fear that they are 'wrong.' It's about acceptance, growth, and the courage to fully embrace your power.

I also help those exploring various paths of self-discovery — through personal development training, interpersonal workshops, meditation, or psychedelic experiences — and who need support in integrating those experiences. Together, we organize what has happened so that it can truly support you in everyday life.

Parents & future parents

Being a parent is one of the most beautiful and yet most challenging experiences. It brings immense love, emotions, and joy, but also stress, fatigue, and moments of doubt. Children have the ability to touch our most sensitive places in the blink of an eye, confronting us with what still needs healing. Often, in all of this, there is little space left for our own needs and self-care.

I offer support during this unique time — to help you find your footing in the role of a parent, take care of yourself, and nurture what in you requires attention. I help you find peace in the daily realities of parenthood, without the pressure of being 'perfect.'

And if you're just planning parenthood — we’ll take a look at the fears, doubts, and emotions that may arise. I’ll help you find inner peace and prepare for this major life change. I also accompany you during pregnancy — strengthening the sense of power and safety that’s so essential during birth and the early moments with your child.

Ewa

Sessions with her are very warm and empathetic. Even though they are online, I feel as if she is right there with me. She notices many aspects and uses various methods, which helps address doubts and challenges—not just through conversation. It’s not only talking; it’s a holistic approach.
It’s not just a dry listening, and I don’t feel like the therapist is only “saying their lines,” expressing sympathy or acknowledging that I’ve had a hard time. I’ve heard that before, but I never felt it was genuine—here, it truly is.
You skillfully bring me back on track when the main thread slips away and I try to chase too many things at once.
Polecam z całego serca.

Immigrants and the Polish community in Canada

As an immigrant myself – I live in Vancouver, Canada – I truly understand the journey one must go through to settle in a new country. Life abroad is often not only about changing your location, but also about shifting your identity, language, relationships, and daily routines.

Adapting to a new environment can be a challenge – feelings of longing, loneliness, confusion, and sometimes the difficulty of building a new life from scratch. I know how important support is during this process.
With openness and understanding, I accompany those who wish to find balance, a sense of security, and belonging – no matter where they currently are. I work in both Polish and English, which allows me to support individuals from various cultural backgrounds and experiences.

I also support second-generation immigrants, who grew up between two worlds – for them, the challenge may be finding their identity and sense of belonging, both to their parents' country and the place they live. I also work with bilingual families facing the challenges of raising children in different cultures, helping them find balance in their relationships and daily lives. I offer online psychotherapy for the Polish community in Canada as well as worldwide.

Femininity – Masculinity

Femininity and masculinity are essential aspects of our identities. These qualities are not static or limited to any one expression, but rather, they are fluid, dynamic, and deeply personal. Each of us carries both feminine and masculine energies, regardless of gender. In my work, I explore how these energies manifest in our lives and how we can find harmony and balance between them. Whether you identify as a woman, a man, or anywhere in between, embracing both aspects of yourself can lead to a deeper understanding of your potential and a more authentic way of being in the world. As a woman, I place great emphasis on the development of femininity. In life, we play many roles – wife, mother, daughter, lover – and all these roles share one common element: the woman. This is our foundation, from which everything flows. When we take care of this foundation, all other aspects of our lives become more stable. I have personally gone through a long journey of finding my feminine “self,” and I understand how this development can bring strength and harmony to daily life.

I also pay equal attention to the masculinity of my husband and accompany my son in the development of his masculine side. In the face of modern gender roles, it’s becoming increasingly difficult to truly recognize what masculinity is. After all, we no longer leave caves to hunt for game. In my work, I have had the opportunity to work with many men, leading support groups and therapy sessions for men who have lost their freedom. The masculine world is just as important to me as the feminine one, because each of us carries both parts within – the feminine and the masculine.

Working on femininity and masculinity – both in the personal context and in relationships with others – requires a deep connection with this part of ourselves. It’s important to understand and accept our masculine side in order to draw strength from it, while fully opening up to feminine sensitivity. In this balance lies our authenticity and strength.
